Our varsity runners had so much fun running through the fog on some quiet country roads this morning with @blazerstf. A big thank you to @CochranWalt, the GE runners, and their parents for hosting us and providing breakfast! We can’t wait to return the hospitality in the future!

2025 OSXC summer running gets started tomorrow!! 📅 June 9th - August 8th ☀️ Monday - Friday ⏰ 7:00 - 8:45 am 📍 OS track bleachers 🏃🏃🏽♀️ Any 9th - 12th grade girl or boy 💵 Free!! It’s time to put in those summer miles, Falcons!
STATE 4x800 relay - 11th place This group battled injury and illness all season, but fought all the way to the end. Two of them will be moving on to collegiate running, while two will be looking for big senior seasons! Proud of you Mason, Austin, Levi, and Luke!
STATE 3200m - Ani Allen (11th) An ankle injury almost ended her season a month ago. The injury took away a lot of training and fitness, but it didn’t take away any of her fire. Look for this young lady to remind people that she is one of the best runners in Kansas next year!
STATE 3200m - Luke Swearengin (11th) It wasn’t the result he was hoping for, but we are incredibly proud of Luke. What a JR season for this young man! PRs in the 800 (2:02), 1600 (4:26), & 3200 (9:24) and State qualification in two events. He’s going to do BIG things in ‘25-‘26!
STATE CHAMPION 🥇 Boys 6A 800m - Dylan Plath (1:54) After heartbreak earlier in the meet in the 4x400 prelims and 1600m, it would have been easy for Dylan to hang his head… Instead he chose to finish his HS career by crushing the field and repeating as the 6A 800 champion!!
