@OakStadiumWatch @scottostler @SportingGreenSF How could a ballpark and $12 billion development at HT not help Jack London Square, Old Oakland, City Center, Chinatown and Uptown. These neighborhoods are all struggling with vacancies. Belcampo restaurant just closed in JLS to go along with all the other vacancies.
@OakStadiumWatch @scottostler @SportingGreenSF I’m sure he’ll still find some way to spin it as a negative. Like “sure it’s a good economic deal for Oakland, but don’t we have enough waterfront stadiums?” Or “This is bad and unfair to the Giants and MLB cannot allow it”
