@Bow_To_The_1O Snoke almost wanted to shake his head. Perhaps a little too much praise given to the over zealous General. “Yes, General Hux. I summoned my apprentice here moments before you arrived, yet he has failed to show.” There was notable irritation in his voice. “Send for him.”

“Brendol Hux, Gallius Rax, Rae Sloane... /all/ sidelined and eliminated, because they lacked the knowledge and power that will bring this regime to the forefront of galactic history.”

@Bow_To_The_1O “Good.” He gave a slight nod as he responded, drawing out the middle of the word. “With those thorns removed, victory will come swiftly. And /you,/ my most trusted general, may be rewarded handsomely.”

@Bow_To_The_1O “When the Base is ready, General Hux, we will make the Republic and their Resistance fighters fall to their knees.” Snoke stared down at the General for a moment, figuring the man had earned some of his so desperately craved praise. “When that happens, I expect you to be at the>>

@Bow_To_The_1O Snoke waved a hand dismissively. The senators loyal to the Republic were of little concern. The true threat was the fleet they had amassed, especially if somehow united under Leia Organa. “We will deal with the Senate in time. For now, we keep focus on the military front.”

@Bow_To_The_1O Snoke grinned, clearly pleased with the progress. It would not be long before the galaxy was in the palm of Snoke’s hand. “And the sympathizers within the Republic senate? How has contact with them progressed?”

@Bow_To_The_1O “Excellent work, General.” Snoke leaned back on his throne, eyeing Hux for a moment. “I have nothing that requires your attention just yet. However, I wish to see the progess made on expanding our boundaries.”

@Bow_To_The_1O differently than the improvisational approach that had led to what had ultimately been accomplished. The failure that had been FN-2187 didn’t worry Snoke. The necessary corrections would be made. Were they not, it would be Hux’s head. “Then I can expect swift changes?”

@Bow_To_The_1O Armitage had been correct in one regard; the First Order had existed without Snoke. However in the time before he had wormed his way into helping, the First Order was on a path towards self destruction. Snoke would see to it that history would remember the regime’s rise far>>

@Bow_To_The_1O on, ones that would prove to be far more effective replacements for Hux once his time had passed. “Then tell me, General. What methods have you taken to prevent such failures?”

@Bow_To_The_1O Snoke couldn’t help but let out a slight chuckle. Expertly timed to seem as if he were pleased, Snoke could sense the vexation in Hux’s response. He never planned to reward him with the title Hux worked endlessly for. Snoke had other instruments that he had been keeping an eye>>

@Bow_To_The_1O “Very good, General Hux.” Snoke had added a slight emphasis on Hux’s rank, knowing that the General was to be reminded of where he stood before his ambitions hurt his effectiveness as a leader. “Weakness shall be eliminated. And nonconformity shall be punished.”

@Bow_To_The_1O that is why your program to train my legions can only produce the strongest. Letting weakness spread is where the Empire made its most critical mistake.”

@Bow_To_The_1O Snoke smirked, shifting slightly on his throne. He knew the younger Hux had weaknesses of his own. But unlike the other three would-be leaders, Snoke could manipulate those weaknesses to his own benefit. But when those benefits expired, so would Armitage. “Precisely, General, >>
