@nigimmigration In the application I uploaded a consent letter signed by me, her mother. I’ll like clarification on what is amiss with the letter and if there is a guideline I should follow before re-uploading. I sent screenshots of the email & queried application pages to your DM. Thank you…/2

@nigimmigration Good afternoon ma’am/sir I just completed a passport renewal application for my daughter. A query was raised on the application. Under DOCUMENTS RELATED TO AGE - 1. Consent Letter… A message read - THE UPLOADED DOCUMENT REQUESTED IN THE FIELD IS IRRELEVANT…… /1

@nigimmigration PS. The timeline for issuance was on point. Data captured December 5. Passport issue dates are December 6 (1 working day after) & 10 (3 working days after). Superb.

@nigimmigration Good evening. I’ll like to change dates given my daughter & I to appear @ the Ikoyi passport office. We’ve different dates & neither day’s suitable for her as she’ll be writing exams at the time. Clicked reschedule, no options came up, just previously given dates.

@nigimmigration 2. I was asked to go in today to collect. I did. Came out with our enhanced passports in less than an hour. No middleman. No tips. No bribe. No unnecessary waiting. Apply for yours via portal.immigration.gov.ng/passport/epass… it works 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 @nigimmigration Thank you for your business 😁

@nigimmigration 1. I applied for the enhanced e-passport & made payment online on 211119. We got Dec.2&3 as data capture day couldn’t attend till Dec.5. We were in & out in an hour & a half, no unnecessary waiting. I hadn’t been contacted for collection so I tweeted @nigimmigration yesterday../2
