The SEC made voting rights a requirement for tokenized stocks on Thursday. Same rights as the real share, dividends and votes.
First integration on the chain, and not the last.

Shareholder voting is live on Longbow, in partnership with @OnRecordVote.
Every open ballot for the assets you hold now sits next to your position at longbow.cash/vote. Sign your instruction without leaving the app.
Collateral counts too. Posted stock tokens sit in the Morpho market rather than your wallet, and OnRecord reads that position directly. Borrowing against your shares doesn't cost you the vote.
Lend against your stocks, borrow against them, and stay a shareholder while you do it.
Correct on the prospectus. Not correct on the chain.
You can vote today. Every proposal from every proxy card is open, connect a wallet and sign, and the count is public and checkable by anyone.
And it already reaches real meetings. Our treasury holds Ondo tokenized shares of the same companies, which carry a real vote through Broadridge, and those get voted to match what holders sign.
So it isn't a poll waiting on someone else. Votes are being cast.

3. “There are no voting rights.”
Correct today.
@vladtenev has already said Robinhood plans to bring voting rights and share redemption to Stock Tokens.
That evolution matters.
@Htp6800@cody_messner Kerbrat named Say by Robinhood as the infrastructure, and Say works through brokerage accounts. He also said voting is for "eligible" Stock Token holders, and eligibility means completing the issuer's KYC.
New on OnRecord: every closed ballot now shows how the funds voted.
BlackRock, Vanguard and State Street file a public record of every vote they cast, down to the individual proposal. We pulled it and put it next to the tokenized holder tally on the same screen.
So for any company on the chain you can see three numbers: what the funds did, what holders here want, and what actually passed.
They own roughly a third of the market between them. You now get to see when you disagree with them, on the record, before the meeting.
AMC closes Sunday. The comparison goes live with the result.

The mission just got a ballot.
AMC's annual meeting is Wednesday. All ten items are open to $MEME holders right now on OnRecord. Board declassification, executive pay, the equity plan, the auditor. Every proposal on the real proxy card.
$MEME holds more tokenized AMC than any other paired community. That weight decides how the bloc votes, and the shares get voted to match.
Attention is one thing. A vote at the meeting is another.

Today, A $MEME Coin gets a new mission.
Fix @AMCTheatres.
$AMC just delivered the highest quarterly revenue and Adjusted EBITDA in its 106 year history. The theaters are producing. The business is recovering.
Yet $AMC shareholders have spent years watching their ownership
Whatever they build sits inside the Robinhood app, behind an account. That's the only place they know who you are. A self-custody wallet that bought Stock Tokens on a DEX has no account attached to it, no email, nothing to send a ballot to.
So the two don't overlap, they stack. Their side counts app holders, ours counts wallets. Put both together and it's the first time anyone has a complete picture of what Stock Token holders actually want.
Every vote signed here adds to that number. Their launch doesn't shrink it, it makes it matter more.
The SEC just settled the argument everyone's been having for two weeks.
Order 34-106402, issued Thursday. To qualify as a tokenized stock in the US, a token must give holders the same rights and privileges as the real share. Dividends and voting rights, in the text. Products that only track a price are explicitly excluded under a condition the SEC literally titled "No Synthetics."
Voting stopped being a roadmap item. It's the definition.
Robinhood Chain built the largest tokenized stock market in the world in three months. Whatever the offshore structure is today, the standard is now written down, and the part that was missing was never the shares or the law. It was a way to know what holders want.
OnRecord is now the only available place to do it. Every proposal from every proxy card, signed by wallets, weighted at the record block, attested onchain. Anyone can verify it, including the issuer.

Your shares. Your vote. On record.
TODAY🚨: The SEC proposed rescinding Rule 14a-8, which exceeds the scope of the agency's statutory authority and intrudes into matters of state law.
The SEC also proposed amendments to Rule 14a-4(c) to provide companies with greater flexibility and shareholders with greater
@phonanta@KangaWaffle We are. Part of it is working with @longbowlend on the voting integration. Custom build that reads your collateral position onchain, so borrowing against your stock doesn't take your vote with it.
More on that soon.
AMC is asking shareholders to declassify its board on the 24th.
They asked the same thing last year. It won among the shares that actually voted, and it still failed, because it needs a majority of every outstanding share and not enough people showed up. Every share that stays silent counts as a no.
So the proposal is back, unchanged, for the second year running.
For two weeks the argument has been that tokenized holders aren't real shareholders. Meanwhile the thing actually blocking AMC's governance reform isn't tokenized holders. It's turnout.
Voting is open on all ten items. Connect a wallet, sign, thirty seconds. Ballots close in 3 days.
Holding $MEME: onrecord.vote/vote
Holding the AMC Stock Token: onrecord.vote/t/AMC
Turnout is the whole game, and it always was.
Correct! Hold any of these and you already have a vote at a real shareholder meeting.
$MEME votes AMC. $AI votes NVIDIA. $BONER votes Hims & Hers. $MOO votes Micron. Your community decides as one bloc, and $RECORD fees buy the shares that carry the result to the actual meeting in the same proportions.
Four ballots close in 3 days. Nothing to claim, nothing to stake. Connect and sign.

This is extremely bullish. With the SEC news about allowing tokenized stock trading and the shift to RWAs in Defi, $record is strategically placed to go on a multi eight figure date I say nine figure run.

Good day for US innovation, and note what's in the order: tokenized stocks have to carry the same rights as the underlying shares. Dividends and voting.

.@CEOAdam we signed a shareholder instruction on your meeting. Item 8, say-on-pay frequency. 25.888 shares, weighted at block 63,491,400. One of our team did it, but anyone holding tokenized AMC can do the same thing right now.
Two weeks ago you said these tokens deprive investors of their rights. That's the right you said was missing, exercised, with a receipt anyone can verify.
Ballots close the 21st. You gavel in on the 24th.

We built that part already. Robinhood Chain holders have been signing instructions all week, weighted at the record block, attested onchain. Memecoin communities paired to a stock vote as one bloc, and $RECORD fees buy the shares that carry the result to the real meeting.
Whenever you're ready for it, it's here.

Tokenization is coming to America.
Thanks to the SEC’s leadership, Americans can start to reap the benefits of tokenization: instant settlement, 24/7 trading, fractionalization by default and more. It’s a good day for US innovation.
