Despite the so-called liquor ban, alcohol is easily available in every corner of Bihar. The revenue doesn’t go to the state but to the mafia, police & politicians. If the ban is so beneficial, why hasn’t BJP implemented it nationwide? It has only fueled dry nasha in the state.
