@hip_funk Thriller was definitely innovative with its sound, whereas after a few years Bad was in an era when everyone else was moving to that sound. I think Michael definitely had growth between albums and Thriller is more diffinative but I have more personal ties to Bad.

@hip_funk I think BAD is better although Thriller was more successful on the sale side the amount of iconic songs is much smaller. The Bad album has Smooth Criminal, Bad,Man in the Mirror and The Way You Make Me Feel and personally I prefer these. 🤔

@hip_funk It's respectable, I'd say Andre pushed a sound and he matched it and then followed up. Although I'd like to say the same for Kudi but I think he defined a sound and chose to refine it then continued to roll with it. I need more listening time! 😩

@hip_funk I wouldn't nessarsarily say it tarnishes the name he made, but it don't really further him either

@HopHeroes For me personally ATLiens is still prodominantly hiphop being out in 96' Aquemini is muthafuckin art! It embraces outer space-inspired compositions which gives its uniqueness. ATLiens allowed them to be more creative and embrace that style funky style moreso in Aquemini 👑
