@TruistNews One last issue: was on hold for almost three hours and the phone died. No service. No answer to my question and every SunTrust in this area has a full parking lot!! Hmmmm. So much for smooth rollout!

@TruistNews No access to certain accounts. No way to link joint accounts with both owners w/o help from staff.Sheila Clark in Sanford FL was stellar! Been on hold for 1:45 waiting for an agent!!

Bought a range and refrigerator from HomeDepot. Fiasco! Still no range and no ice maker. Rick Buck saved the day bc I was ready to return appliances and go to Lowe’s. Good going Rick/Casselberry Store!!

Needed a tow. Called AAA at 5:05p. Miranda finally got there at 9:50!!! Hello! Another towing company perhaps. Misinformation and no call back. Over 4 hours? Puh-leeze!
