@UltrahumanHQ I have the WORST experience and definitely would not recommend to buy UltraHuman try other options. Why? 3 basic points… 1. In less than 4 months the ring has to be replaced because it just stop working, during the replacement time you lose a lot of tracking…

@UltrahumanCare Thanks. However, I still haven’t received a clear resolution or any response regarding my refund request. I’m still waiting for a concrete solution.

4. I ask already few times and today again for a FULL refund @UltrahumanHQ definitely not worth the investment, I lose time, tracking of the things I need and patience. Those things are irreplaceable.

3. The only thing they offer to calm you down is “merchandise” and ask you to delete the posts, but no offer a real solution to the issue (SHIPPING the product or have better quality) and definitely not deleting this posts…. @UltrahumanHQ

2. I buy the new “PRO” version since April 23rd and they have been delaying the shipping for month last date they gave me was July 15 and now they don’t even reply the emails…. Since April I’m not able to track any metrics so the yearly plan is a waste of money…
