@GWR @RockstarGames World record for most disappointing game

@MLBONFOX @Dodgers “We have more money, we’re in trouble with the government, & we actively commit fraud!” Fixed it for him!

a collectors edition that doesn’t include the game isn’t an edition it’s merch

@RockstarGames The oakley sunglasses really inflate the price of this

@RockstarGames Remember when we used to get all of this including a physical copy of the game as a collectors edition for like $100-150 ?

@Playstation Even @Playstation says we own our games. m.youtube.com/watch?v=e_Ka_W…

Never forget: @Sony chose to: 👉 Ghost its customers for months 👉Address its investors instead of its customers 👉Send out emails telling you that you don’t own the games you buy 👉(Allegedly) Use bots on social media to stop your backlash 👉Pay influencers to counteract gamers’ anger 👉Force a #PSBlackout 👉Have TakeTwo’s CEO tell you that physical discs “didn’t really make sense” and that games would be all streaming in three years 👉Stop producing physical discs 👉Advertise a vinyl record player while telling you that physical media was dead 👉Introduce dynamic pricing based on your buying habits 👉Remove 550 movies from customer libraries without reimbursement 👉Sell you digital games without a refund policy 👉Enact anti-consumer policies to establish a monopoly @Playstation doesn’t deserve our loyalty. Never forget your anger. They haven’t suffered enough. They need humility. WE ARE THE GAMERS. WE DECIDE THE FUTURE. #NoDiscNoBuy #OwnYourGames #StopKillingGames @NBCNews @ABC @CBSNews @FoxNews @CNN

@PlayStation

Your physical game library is more than a collection of discs. It holds years of memories and stories worth preserving. Starting next week, XBOX Insiders can unlock a digital entitlement for supported physical games. We’ll start with thousands of titles and add more as we can.

@OpTic 6.5

@EightBitWarrior It’s because they no longer have to pay for online and steam has better sales. Discs was the o it thing keeping them on the platform, it’s not moronic, it’s an economical decision.

People were defending GTA 6's lack of physical by saying it was to prevent leaks. Just for the game to get leaked anyway

R.I.P 🕊Hayden Panettiere🕊gone way to soon

A basketball innovator. A Mavericks legend. An impact that will never be forgotten. We mourn the passing of former Mavericks head coach Don Nelson and celebrate a life that left an incredible mark on our franchise and the game of basketball. Rest in peace, Nellie. #MFFL

Back-to-back EWC titles for @OpTic 😤 #GreenWall

The Era of Unrepairable Consoles is Here !!! Another broken PS5 console with system boot failure and zero ways to fix it permanently. Where are technicians even supposed to source replacement memory chips from? A donor board that likely failed for the exact same reason, leaving you with no idea how long the "fix" will last. It makes repairs completely pointless. These machines aren't cheap. Back in the PS3 and PS4 eras, a drive failure was fast fix swap the drive, reinstall the OS, done. Major hardware locks were rare. Today, anticonsumer design turns expensive tech into disposable junk the moment a single chip gives out. #PlayStation #RightToRepair #PS5 #TechRepair #Gaming

Since PS6 is going all digital, just get a PC. Both will be expensive af but you don't need to pay to play online on PC, games discounts are WAY better, far more options and can run even better if you've got the hardware. Let Playstation have a Wii U generation.

The PlayStation 6 must flop to the point where it makes the Wii U look successful by comparison

Lets be honest, you're not ready / well equipped to manage an all digital platform! Do you have a good / fair refund policy like Steam? NO! ❌ Do you have a good track record of preserving digital media? NO! ❌ Do you have reliable online network security? NO! ❌ Do you allow gifting and trading of Digital games? NO! ❌ Do you offer DRM-Free games like GOG? NO! ❌ Do you have a disc to digital feature? NO! ❌ Do you allow for digital games to be backed up / archived externally by the user without restriction / encryption? NO! ❌ Do you plan to make your game prices more affordable in 2028? NO! ❌ Do you do a good job of listening to feedback, showing respect for your supporters and communicating with your fans / customers? NO! ❌ Do you have any interest in keeping consoles around indefinitely? NO! ❌ No Physical Disc 💿 Ownership? No Money! 💵💳 No Digital Download ⬇️ Ownership? No Money! 💵💳 If your whole digital only pitch consists of just "We have games, buy from our store" and nothing else vs other online digital stores, you've severely miscalculated! Why should anyone with common sense be optimistic about your digital only plans in 2028?...
