The British are great at capitalizing on over seas trade. They are the ones that had control of the opium trade to China from the Middle East and India. They were able to create a stronghold on this addictive drug even after China had outlawed the drug.

The Turks just choked in the 2nd siege. This changed the expansion rate of the empire into Europe and caused for a lot less Turkish influence on Europe. #sharksby90 #schoolproject @KinnallyMichael

The turks also had had major illness through the army (prob covid) that caused many of them to die. This ended the era of the Turks and ottomans expanding into Europe and weakened the ottoman army severely. The 2nd siege they have no one to blame but themselves. @KinnallyMichael

The Sieges of Vienna were historical disgraces for the Turks and Ottoman Empire. Not only did they lose once but they lost twice to a city. The first lost in 1529 they had an excuse that the weather wasn’t perfect. This caused the artillery to stick in the mud. @KinnallyMichael
