"Yeah!" Claire piped up. "I wanted to see where you work!" Arthur grinned before shaking his head. "Oh no, its okay. He's big dog and he's only an emotional support dog, not a service dog, it's okay."

“Really?” Din asked, expression softening with a little smile up at Arthur. “I’m happy that you did. It’s so boring, I always wish I was at home hanging out with you guys instead. Bjorn is outside? I can get him a pet pass, he’s a good boy, he doesn’t have to stay out there.”

Arthur reached around to unclip the harness that held Grogu into the carrier so Din could hold him. "Everything is good. We just wanted to come and see you," Arthur said with a shrug as Claire took his hand swinging it absent-mindedly. "Bjorn is out front."

It’s so good to see everyone come visit him at work. It really touches Din’s heart. He’s giving hugs and proper hellos, happily taking Grogu in to kiss his little face. “Never too important,” he says. “Totally could’ve been an email. What inspired your visit? Everything good?”

Big smiles all around, everyone's happy to see Din, and Claire is even coming to hug him before Arthur can. "Hopefully it wasn't an important meeting," he laughed, reaching over for a side hug as Grogu reached for his dad's face.

"Yeah. They are," There wasn't much sarcasm in Arthur's voice but he did smile. "Thanks. Its hard without her mom around." He returned the squeeze and then tugged, pulling Din toward his kitchen. "I know. I know. But really, it's not bad."

din man @DinnieDinDin

“Ew. Boys are gross.” Ironic, sure, but honest. “You’re a good dad, believe it or not. She’ll be okay.” Din offered a reassuring squeeze and a smile, bumping elbows with Arthur. “People usually say that when it is bad, yknow. But I’ll take your word for it. Whatever it is.”

"Absolutely. But soon she's gonna be worried about boys," he shook his head a little, before looking back at Din, sliding his hand into his and lacing their fingers. "I'm okay. There's some stuff I wanna talk to you about but it can wait until after dinner. Its not bad."

din man @DinnieDinDin

“They’re little weirdos, I get it.” Said in the most complimentary way possible, obviously, seeing Clair walked her little self through the house. “Hi.” Kisses are even better, he’ll never turn one down. “I’m good. Nothing really to report, what about you? How are you doing?”
