Cathays Public Library in the snow in 1914. Opened in 1907 & refurbished in 2010. Saved by anti-austerity protest in 2015.

Great for the building, but what is happening with the Library in CRI? 3 long years of being told the removal of library services in a deprived area, was 'temporary'.
