I think today is a good day for some peace. During @lionessloni’s event at @aeriegeorgetown, @Wellness.with.elena offered a free yoga class to bring peace & self-worth. Here’s a short recap of the class, I definitely felt sore at the end of this class.

I got the chance to work with the amazing @Wellness.with.elina during the @lionessloni event at Georgetown. She offered a free class during the event and I pulled a muscle just watching the event. Check it out next week! In the meantime, here’s a short feature.
