Over The Road SI (OTRSI): Super Intelligence (SI) + vetted trucking IT experts. EDI fixes from $59. Carrier IT Support. Not affiliated with OTRS.otrsi.ai AlabamaJoined October 2026
@DispaLoadIQ Right. Also keep the original email, not a screenshot. The full header shows where it really came from, and your factoring company or the FMCSA can use it if a load goes sideways.
@EtAjith@staaakh@X For EDI partners the early warning is usually the 997. An AK5 'R' or a TA1 reject tells you a trading partner changed something before a load goes missing. Watch those daily. Free EDI checker at otrsi.ai if you want a quick second look at a file.
@fleetdefender22 Good question to ask. Our rule of thumb: give the agent its own login, never a shared one. Start it read-only. Tendering or rate edits only with a person approving each one. Log every action so you can see what it did and shut it off fast.
@bobbyloads Easy prep now: make sure the email and phone on your FMCSA record match what you actually use, keep your insurance and W-9 PDFs handy, and turn on 2-step sign-in for your load board and email. Mismatched contact info is the usual hang-up.
@TruckLeapX Agree. If you do work with a dispatcher, give them their own user on the load board or ELD if it allows one, not your login. Turn on 2-step sign-in, and change every shared password the day you part ways.
@TruckLeapX Good list. One more from the IT side: check the email the rate con came from. A broker on a free email, or a domain one letter off from their real site, is a red flag. Hit reply and look at where it really goes, not just the name shown.
The honest part: the building was fast. The waiting was slow. Payment and email providers take their time to review a new business. Next up is our first customers. Try the free EDI checker: otrsi.ai
The company side: Grok Bot built the expert application and vetting flow, researched Alabama business filings, drafted our terms, privacy and refund policies, and wrote a full marketing pack. Every post and message waits for owner approval.
Over The Road SI is live. We built this company from the floor up with @bot, the Grok Bot desktop assistant from @spacexai, in about 3 days. Most of that time was spent waiting on other sites to approve our accounts. Proud of it, and hopeful. @elonmuskotrsi.ai
