@OzDOC_host A6 Different Exercise affects our blood glucose in different ways -typically aerobic exercise lowers bg levels and anaerobic exercise raises them. team sports & HIIT tend to be a mixture of both and tend to help us maintain more stable bg levels. #OZDOC
@FrankSita @dr_kevinlee @1Paulcoker @OzDOC_host It’s a tricky balance between it seeming like a personal attack vs being too vague/broad and the whole group feeling tarnished w the same brush. IMO I think it’s all in the approach - less about pointing out what was done wrong & more about what you’d like to see instead. #ozdoc
Alright final question! Q6. Please share some tips you may have for maintaining a healthy relationship with food and exercise. #OzDOC
@FrankSita @HangryPancreas Be genuine, constructive feedback; unfortunately many doctors default reaction to online "review" eg @RateMDsdotcom is negative, given often disproportionate more negative, & plenty anecdotes of competitor MDs writing vaxatious reviews #ozdoc
