@NandosUK Don’t expect to find half a caterpillar in the broccoli in your Borehamwood restaurant. Wonder where the other half is?

@GrangeLandRover @miminat My experience of @GrangeLandRover in Hatfield. My car failed driving home from a scheduled service. Now nearly four months later and after spending thousands of pounds, it is still with them and not working. Very difficult to contact by phone and don’t respond to messages left.

@UPS_UK Well thanks to SM team for following up but still no idea when it will be delivered so my parcel sits at the depot for another week. Don’t you have any management that deals with issues that arise?

@UPS_UK Do you have anyone in your Watford depot? My parcel has been there all week and no one delivers it. Requests for information are not answered

@Budget you supplied a car from Boston Logan with no tread on the front tyres. Why can’t you arrange for the tyres to be replaced at no cost to me?

@Budget you supplied a car from Boston Logan with no tread on the front tyres. Why are you expecting me to pay for new tyres after only 400 miles gentle driving?

@carlatkin01 @wizzair It would help if @wizzair would say why there is a delay. No information, no apology, zero customer service. @Ryanair next time for me.
