This week I was nervous trading live again. Tues I froze. Wed I missed a clear setup then FOMOd into an iffy trade & lost. Thurs I longed TQQQ & held as the 1hr was curling. This morning I sold way early, ancy to breakeven and end the week green. Next week I'll be more patient.

Still trying to learn the ToS platform, but I did manage to get one practice trade in. Saw that the TQQQ 2hr MACD was green, entered on the opening dip and let it ride until the 15m RSI signaled overbought. Too easy... @Investandbefree

I'm cutting my Dec paper trading challenge short. I've had a nice run, but I'm going to use my upcoming holiday transitioning to thinkorswim. Their paper trading is way better than Webull, and Webull doesn't offer MACD Wilders.

Dec paper acct challenge update. Caught 3 fish today: 1 SOXS & 2 TQQQs. Unfortunately I released them all early, but it's nice to see I'm getting some good entries. Will work on better exits. Could've easily been a 4 figure day. #LTF Practice makes progress. @Investandbefree

One trade and done in the first 45 minutes of market open. MACD on the lower time frames for TQQQ for the win! Even though this is my paper account I'm treating it like a real account so that next year I'll be ready. Practice! Now to spend time with the family! @Investandbefree

Botched a couple of plays this morning then finally hit a winner on Tesla when the 5m MACD flipped green. Sold early before MACD said to 😔 but can't really complain about a 1.78% gain. All it takes is one trade.@Investandbefree

Last 2 days were rough day trading in my paper acct for my Dec challenge, but that's why I'm practicing. Today was a monster day though. SQQQ for the win in my paper acct (3 trades), and I overnighted a Tesla short in my real account. @Investandbefree Slowly but surely.

My December paper trade challenge strictly using #LTF strategy for day trades. 21 trading days this month. 21 days to build better discipline & consistency. Dec 1-2 = 3 trades with 2.66% account growth! If I do well I may start real trading again in January. @Investandbefree

Didn't want to day trade SQQQ because it was nearly overbought on lower TFs. Waited patiently for 10m MACD reversal on TQQQ. Almost got a 1% gain, but it dropped quickly and I stopped out for a piddly $9s. Frustrating but I'd be more frustrated if I let a green trade go red.

Paper trade today with Tesla. Missed the first reversal due to pesky work. Caught another reversal with a double top but was a little impatient with MACD confirmation on my short entry. Still worked well.

Initially I was up over 1% in my real account... then below, then above, below, above, below again, and finally I had enough chop and locked in profit. Do yourself a favor and follow advice from @Investandbefree: set a goal of 1% and let it compound daily. Less stressful too.

LTF I ✅ LTF II ✅ I like this simplistic approach! I was already familiar with RSI & MACD but never used them. Been applying them to Tesla over the past week and comparing different time frames, and it's making sense. On to the next course! @Investandbefree
