Since @cityofwinnipeg is being oddly cagey about this, can someone verify whether photo enforcement vehicles are required to have a unit number displayed on the vehicle? I’ve asked via DM three times and they won’t give a clear answer. @JaniceLukes

To follow up, @cityofwinnipeg initially told me they could not help as I only had the license #, not unit number. This enforcement van did not have a unit number displayed. @JaniceLukes

Hey @cityofwinnipeg I was parallel parking this AM. Photo enforcement van behind me begins honking frantically and driving forward to close off the stall and/or try to cause a collision. Indicated I was blocking his camera. He’s done this before. What gives??

I like @TheCDNBrewhouse We go quite often. But it’s so damn loud in there for no reason. The staff (who are all great) tell us the music/tv volume Is a major complaint but they’re not allowed to adjust. Sports I can understand but being blown out by Kris Kross? Come on.
