Great news! My #H2b boys got their visas today. Help is on the way! I'm gonna kiss them when they get here then take all the crew out for our annual cinco de mayo dinner and drinks in July! No one happier to see the guys than our local, full time guys. Nice to have some help!
Sadly this is the new normal for us as well. I have 2 on vacation 3 days earlier than planned with no notice and 1 no show everyday I don't know who will show up. Planning to get out of the business if things don't change. #saveh2b #savesmallbusinesses
