🌍 V tento deň zriedkavých chorôb, PHAEUROPE vyjadruje našu najhlbšiu vďaku našim členským asociáciám a pridruženým členom za ich neochvejnú oddanosť nášmu spoločnému poslaniu. Vaša oddanosť je hnacou silou a zabezpečuje, že nikto s Ph nezostane sám.
V PHAEUROPE vieme, že život so zriedkavou chorobou, akou je pľúcna hypertenzia (PH), je viac než len diagnóza – je to každodenný boj o uznanie, lepšiu starostlivosť a budúcnosť, kde nikto nezostane pozadu. 💜 Zriedkavých je veľa. Zriedkavé je silné. Zriedkavý je hrdý.
Na každom živote záleží. A na vašej podpore záleží viac ako si dokážete predstaviť. Bez podpory celej komunity, spolkov, organizácií a bez tzv. neochvejnou obetavosťou pacientov, opatrovateľov a obhajcov by pokrok v starostlivosti o zriedkavé choroby nebol možný.
V PHAEUROPE zostáva naša misia jasná: zlepšiť životy všetkých pacientov s pľúcnou hypertenziou (PH) včasnou diagnózou, najlepšou liečbou, lepšou kvalitou života a nakoniec vyliečením. Deň zriedkavých chorôb nám pripomína, prečo zostávame odhodlaní
Vedeli ste, že pľúcna hypertenzia (PH) je často spojená s inými zriedkavými ochoreniami, ako je sklerodermia, HHT, idiopatická pľúcna fibróza, kosáčikovitá anémia a lupus?
V Európe žije približne 35 000 ľudí s pľúcnou artériovou hypertenziou (PAH). Ako zriedkavé kardiopulmonálne ochorenie si PAH vyžaduje liečbu v odborných centrách, aby bola zabezpečená optimálna starostlivosť. ➡ phaeurope.org ➡ phaslovakia.org
Pľúcna hypertenzia (PH) sa vyskytuje v rôznych formách – a existuje 5 skupín PH podľa WHO, ale tri skupiny vystupujú ako zriedkavé a veľmi zložité 🔹Pľúcna artériová hypertenzia (PAH) 🔹PH v dôsledku obštrukcie pľúcnej artérie 🔹PH s nejasnými a multifaktoriálnymi mechanizmami
Viac ako 25 miliónov ľudí na celom svete žije s pľúcnou hypertenziou (PH). Tento stav postihuje približne 15 až 50 na milión dospelých (v závislosti od skupiny) a tieto čísla stále rastú.
