I think it's clear what happened when the Roberts court made it's Citizen United decision and gutted the voting rights. They made sure their Billionaire benefactors could influence elections with their money and they wanted to make it very hard to overcome that money advantage.
@PLSgetserious @DanaSan68018976 That’s the whole Conservative caucus in SCOTUS has Billionaire Friends connection right there!! That’s the whole Quid Pro Quo!!
@PLSgetserious We will never find evidence that rich friends and benefactors asked their friend on the court to vote a certain way. It is the relationship that drives the vote. The Justice knows how he has to vote.
@PLSgetserious That decision proves they were bought and paid for by rich benefactors. A logical person wouldn’t allow that kind of influence. It literally nullifies votes.
@PLSgetserious @bonnie_london That is why more of us must get involved by signing up @ Mobilize.us There R more of us then there R of them, but we must B organized & disiplined 2 fight back @ the voting booth. "Democracy is not a spectator sport. Without (our) participation it's not a democracy."
@PLSgetserious I was flabbergasted when SCOTUS ruled on Citizens United. I could not believe that the Court not foresee the negative ramifications of allowing unlimited amounts of Corporate money into our political system. It now appears that there was malice and forethought in that decision.
@PLSgetserious @ItWasACoup This was clear from the beginning of the Citizens United campaign.
