Luxury brands watching? Take notes, this is how you lose customers… #PorscheFail #CustomerExperience @AudiUK @BMW_UK @MercedesBenzUK

@PorscheGB Congratulations on the premium service. Porsche Silverstone diagnosed worn CV boots on my Macan (non-warranty), so I paid for replacements. Fault remained. Later inspection? Worn CV joints — a warranty item. Three weeks of silence since my complaint. Impressive!

I wonder if customers in Germany dealing with @AudiOfficial have to deal with such poor customer services as we do in the UK dealing with @AudiUK ? Maybe it’s not Audi, maybe it’s just @jardinemotorsuk 🤷🏻‍♂️ Never had this trouble with @BMW or @MercedesBenz

I’ve always had superb customer service from @AudiUK @BMW_UK and @MercedesBenz main dealers but safe to say this will be the last time I buy from Audi!

The only thing more disappointing than my @AudiUK A3 etron and it’s array of faults and failures is the lack of customer service from @jardinemotorsuk So much for being sensible, I really wish I’d gone with my gut and bought the @Porsche I was looking at instead!

@AudiUK @BMW_UK @MercedesBenz The only reason I came to Audi was because I trust the brand, the quality of the cars and the high level of customer service but this experience has completely ruined that for me and I won’t be buying another!

@AudiUK @BMW_UK @MercedesBenz Still nothing heard from @jardinemotorsuk Milton Keynes! This is beyond a joke!!! The car is due a service in 9 days, it will be dropped off along with both keys and the V5 and I don’t want it back.

Also told I shouldn’t have sat on it as it wasn’t meant to be sat on and there was nothing they could do… @Wickes @Screwfix @ToolstationUK @VictoriaPlumUK @Victorianplumb @Plumbworlduk I hope your customer service is better than this!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER Heaven forbid I sat on the toilet seat of my new @BandQ toilet (how silly of me) and it broke in two. I complained to B&Q who informed me they don’t do replacement toilet seats so I would have to buy a third party toilet seat at my own cost…

I wonder if @BBCWatchdog have received enough complaints about @YodelOnline to look into their appalling customer service and bare faced lies???

@YodelOnline What a joke! 3 times they say they missed us, while we’re all in the office... We even waited outside for the last attempt when they ‘missed us’ they never even drove past, never mind tried to deliver 🤬 Worst delivery company ever!!!

@antmiddleton To the women who are arguing this is a good thing, put your politics and your feminist ideals aside for a minute... How exactly do you think this will benefit our SF?
