BREAKING: Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has just confirmed Muhammad Taha, who is recovering in hospital after bravely taking on the Bondi Junction attacker, is expected to have his visa approved tomorrow. Mr Taha was facing deportation next month.
@PRGuy17 Visa? The man deserves a residency or a citizenship so he can stay as long as he wants in Australia. Good, selfless human protecting another- he could've run away since he couldnt protect himself but chose to stay and try to stop the attacker 🎖
@PRGuy17 Woohoo! Fantastic news. Well done PM.
@PRGuy17 He gets the reward because he had the (horrific) opportunity to demonstrate his humanity. Does it occur to the PM and others that many other immigrants would have done the same thing? That they too would put their lives on the line for their neighbours on the street?
@PRGuy17 So we were going to deport someone who's character instinct was to put his life on the line for others, while josh lehrmann...
@PRGuy17 Excellent. We need more people like Muhammad Taha in this country 🫶
