Walls are designed for one-way shear along their sides. It is not necessary to check wall ends for punching shear.
In two-way floor design it is permissible to (i) use PT in 1-direction, rebar in other; (ii) PT in 2 directions; or (iii) rebar in both

A simplified way of estimating bending capacity of a PT section is to replace each grouted tendon by 4 times its area in rebar
