@ThreeUKSupport so just went a branch to change the email address and number that receives a code to login and been told we can’t do that and customer service says it needs to be to be in branch any help!

@Microsoft365 why is it when we put our preferred method of contact is email and the first you do without giving us a chance to reply is to call us? We even set this when raising tickets at 2am and you still call us even though we ask for email.
