Additional ecosystem actors are likely to be activated to broaden participation. ▪️A coordinated information campaign targeting the Supreme Court has been underway since Saturday. Given that the SIR-related petitions rest largely on contested claims and the Court retains the option of firm action against disruptive activity, pre-emptive efforts to erode institutional credibility are underway. Current assessment: Government retains the initiative. Protest mobilisation remains constrained and is struggling to expand.
