Idea of cooking : Put lots of fresh crushed garlic fried till it became crispy. Eat together with seasoned salt & pepper ribs, fresh onions and chilli, very appetising. 特放很多蒜米蓉爆得脆脆粒的，跟椒鹽骨和香辣洋葱辣椒🌶️，很好下饭。

Slow cooked spareribs with black pepper carrots & onions. Edamame & mushrooms added in later after the ribs softened. Edamame is a great source for protein. Add in vermicelli noodle to make it a great noodle soup. This is AsianOriental influenced soup with good nutrition in mind.

Homemade blueberry jams with less sugar + lemon juice. Post Covid19 Life Hack: Walthamstow Market town square first food stall in front of NatWest Bank selling three trays of blueberries for just £1! I bought 6, some made to jam, the rest frozen for summer smoothies.

Oven bakedbutternut. Herbs: Thyme Rosemary Butternut Sliced, seasoned with salt and spice. Layered top with crushed garlic, thymes & rosemary herbs. Served with with fried plantain and grilled halloumi cheese. Natural yellow colouring, my loved, healthy and antioxidant 👍.
