Service Advisories in Cloud Partner Panel will be updated to reflect the updated timeline of Team Member license enforcement. An additional grace period was announced for existing customers is until June 30, 2020. This does not apply for environments created on or after April 1st
For existing Dynamics 365 customers Microsoft has announced a grace period until June 30, 2020 to allow organizations to adjust to the Team Member license enforcement. Any new environments created after April 1 will always have the enforcement in place. mindsunited.com/blog/2020/01/2…

Per Microsoft's Unified Interface timeline, starting in December 2019, Cloud Partner Panel will start showing Service Advisories for any environment still using the legacy Web Client. Starting in April 2020 these advocates will be upgraded to Service Issues. #Dynamics365
