@SpockResists China will loose it’s number one customer and all the eu and other countries can not make up. China steals and has set up everything to favor their country. America could also cancel all national debt related to China and reclaim any investment in real estate.

@atomicthumbs We had flys everywhere not to mention trash from neighbors in your yard. Houses with blue tarps on the roof and wood rot all over the siding. Stray cats in the abandoned cars. Grass and weeds almost waste high. No one maintained the entrance to the neighborhood. That’s why.

@atomicthumbs I lived in a Non HOA neighborhood and no one maintained shit every one seemed excited to have broken down cars in the grass that never got cut. Guy next door would clean his food truck pans with hose causing grease to flow in front of house. Flys loved the grease.

The rent would be higher and they would all be happy and saying they love NY. No need to invest in property that rents itself.

@drninashapiro I love how rich people are so subtle about being rich. Notice she said coins not the exact denomination like quarters lol because she has never handled change. Must be nice to have tuition, room and board, meal plan, allowance/credit card co-signed, new car and lastly laundry.
