@Sofology - not answering calls / emails. My autistic son paid £2,500 from his late father's inheritance for a sofa. We were told 28th Oct for delivery: moved to 22nd November with no communication, now 13th December "potentially". Wish we'd gone elsewhere. #disgrace #SCAM

The Odeon Website repeatedly failed during the transaction (I tried on three different browsers on two different computers). There is clearly something wrong with your website ticket sales - I can't be your only customer reporting this.

@ODEONHelp I took my autistic son to see Peter Rabbit in Bournemouth yesterday and discover that your broken ticketing system has double-charged his disability allowance bank account. No-one is answering your customer service number so PLEASE can you respond promptly.

@ODEONHelp Bournemouth BH2 was hopeless and horrible yesterday: ran out of popcorn (not quite as bad as running out of movies, but surely a close second). Also the ladies lavatories were blocked and filthy. #disgrace #FailingSpectacularly
