As an entrepreneur, you sometimes need to get desensitized to the lows. But the flip side of that is not appreciating the highs. In those moments, remember what it was like to get that first win. Your first sale. Your first 10k. Your first million. Celebrate your wins.

Having a mentor can accelerate your growth as an entrepreneur. For Hanin Al Qoreishy, that mentor is Darel Daik. Having someone to go to for advice when things are tough can help you stay resilient. A great mentor is someone who gives you the courage to believe in yourself.

Avoid selfish goals. Prioritize the needs and wants of others. Find value not in material possessions, but in connection with friends and family.

To be successful, you need absolute focus. But that doesn't mean you need to destroy your relationships. Find a balance between the pursuit of your goals and the connection you have with those close to you. Be intentional.

You need to set goals to achieve success. But as you become successful, your objectives need to grow as well. Don't get stuck by setting the same goals over and over again that you know you can hit. Set a goal so big you need to grow into the person capable of achieving it.

How do you grow a business? It’s hard enough starting one… But growing is key if you want maintain your success. It’s all about systems, processes, and accountability. Build your brand so you can attract the right people to get you where you need to go. Stay resilient.
