IMO if something someone done caused a significant number of innocent people to be harmed and created a chain reaction then yes I'd outlaw it if I could. Driving is an example where someone can be harmed (crazy low %) and no chain reaction so it's fine.

You're only focusing on reported *tested* numbers. This is all your opinion (which may be right or wrong) and whilst it is just opinions we should err on the side of caution.

What makes you think the TH testing capacity and accuracy is the same as Europe? 40 people's tests had to be redone 3 times yesterday as they got different outcomes. 'Unnecessary' is merely an opinion & can never be substantiated (same as saying its necessary).
