The behavior of the Met Police during the St George's Day march was completely unacceptable. It is outrageous that they were heavy-handed and clashed with the public. This double-standard is not acceptable and the Brits have every right to be sick of it. The Met Police need to be held accountable for their actions. It's time for the authorities to address this issue and ensure that the police are held to the same standards as the public. The use of excessive force and aggression is simply not tolerable. The Met Police must be held accountable for their actions and ensure that this kind of behavior does not happen again.
@PaulKirkby3 So what can be done about? And who gave the order to police this way?
@PaulKirkby3 It appeared to me that it was flag draped marchers who clashed with the police. I wasn’t there, so can only judge by all the footage posted by media, police and marchers groups. The police seemed in control, calm and determined NOT to give the marchers the violence they wanted
@PaulKirkby3 The whole setup was crazy, restricted to one street, just a 2 hour duration, and powers to stop and search, no face coverings etc, whilst all the weekly mraches are free to wander wherever the want, for as long as they want and wear face coverings.
@PaulKirkby3 Crazy how all these patriots were fighting over a brown man
@PaulKirkby3 Crazy how all these patriots were fighting over a brown man
@PaulKirkby3 As well as the disgusting over the top response from the two tiered police Farce! I was lead to believe that the head is a RED ZONE and therefore blow’s to that area should be ZERO why then did some suffer head wounds @metpoliceuk @policecommision @LozzaFox @TRobinsonNewEra
