@DevinChoclitBar @GodLogic_GL The dominant language of the early Arab empire was Aramaic. In The Peshitta, Muslim means Traitor/Betrayer. Eg. 'Judas the Muslim'. It's use predates the Islamic 'muslim by centuries. There is no record of 'muslim' being used in It's modern form for 120 years after arab conquest.

@DevinChoclitBar @GodLogic_GL You don't know how it was spoken before the quran. The quran created classical Arabic, not the other way around. Aramaic predates classical Arabic by 1000 years. We have an abundance of Aramaic texts before the quran. We have almost no Arabic texts before the quran.
