We’ve been testing the trading flow with different indices and different market conditions. The goal isn’t just getting a position to open. It’s making sure the entire flow makes sense from selecting the market through execution.
$PERPDEX utility is now part of the product. Holders can trade with 0% fees. We wanted the token to have a direct connection to the platform rather than being something completely separate from the product.
We’ve been adding markets based on actual requests from users. If there’s a national index you regularly follow and don’t see on Perpdex, tell us. The market list isn’t finished.
Perpdex is deliberately built around national benchmarks. The idea is to make it possible to move from one country’s market to another without changing the basic trading workflow. Same wallet. Same USDG balance. Different benchmarK
A useful test for any trading product: Can someone understand what happens to their order before they submit it? That’s something we’ve been focusing on with Perpdex, especially around exchange hours and queued orders.
We’re continuing to expand the Perpdex index list. Adding another country isn’t just adding a ticker. We have to account for its benchmark, local trading hours and how orders behave when the market is closed. That work is ongoing.
One of the things we care about with Perpdex is making the market mechanics obvious. You should know the index, entry price, leverage, fee and liquidation price before signing. The interface should explain the trade, not hide it.
We’d rather show the product than keep talking about it. The latest demos are up, including the holder fee utility and the trading flow. The goal is simple: working infrastructure that people can actually use.
A small but important update for $PERPDEX holders: 0% trading fees. We’ve been working on making the token have actual utility inside the product, rather than simply existing alongside it.
We didn’t want every index represented as a dollar price. NIKKEI trades in NIKKEI points. DAX trades in DAX points. NIFTY trades in NIFTY points. The benchmark stays in its own unit.
The market list keeps growing. We’re adding more national benchmarks to Perpdex so traders can access more of the global equity market from the same USDG balance. If there’s an index you want to see, tell us.
One thing we wanted to get right with Perpdex: If an exchange is closed, the market should behave like it is closed. Orders can still be placed, but they queue until the next open and fill at the opening price. Simple and predictable.
We’ve been spending a lot of time on the details that usually get overlooked. Market hours. Opening fills. Liquidation prices. Fees. Position tracking. A trading product needs the underlying mechanics to work before anything else matters.
NIFTY in Mumbai. NIKKEI in Tokyo. DAX in Frankfurt. FTSE 100 in London. Different markets, different exchange hours, one Perpdex account. That’s the direction we’re building toward.
The interesting part of Perpdex isn’t just having index perps on-chain. It’s having markets from different countries in the same place, with one USDG balance behind them. That makes adding the next country much easier to understand.
More improvements are now live across the platform, including the latest holder utility updates.
$PERPDEX holder utility is now working. In this demo, a $PERPDEX holder opens a position and the trading fee is automatically reduced to 0.00%. Hold $PERPDEX → 0 fees → trade Perpdex. Token utility, working live.
@gabrieIkevin yes we are working on it already
BIG UPDATE FOR $PERPDEX HOLDERS Token Utility update $PERPDEX holders will get zero trading fees. Hold $PERPDEX, unlock 0.00% fees when trading on Perpdex.
