@ElisabethJT Elisabeth, Kinshasa is doing better than that. You are probably so in bed with Kagame and so blinded to not see it. FDLR have accepted to stop rebellion and go back to their cherished Country, Rwanda. That will be good oppprtunity for Kagame to do what you are asking.
