Well I'm lost for words. Stagecoach excelled this evening. I get the number 2 from Pemberton station most nights due at 19.10 this being the last bus of day. It frequently does not turn up, but I have a backup by getting the number 1 into Wigan but yet again did not turn up.

@StagecoachGM what type of service are you running, for sure it's not a bus service. Stagecoach should be ashamed with the lack of service provided. For the last 3 nights the number 2 from Wigan has not turned up only once has it appeared on our app as cancelled I will report it

@StagecoachGM yet again didn't have the decency to let us know the the no:2 from Pemberton station Wigan was not turning up. Not given the chance to catch the no:1 into Wigan bus station, instead turned the app off so we had no idea what was happening. I will be reporting it

@StagecoachGM Well got the earlier bus and as thought the last bus did not turn up. Once again stagecoach being less than trueful with the passengers that rely on the service. Lots of people just left, no taxis to help them to get home. Shame on you don't deserve to be running a bus service.

@StagecoachGM yet again last bus No 2 did not turn up plus manipulation of your ap so passengers don't know what's going on. Your a joke as a bus service I really. Hope GMPTE take both you and arriva contracts off you. Your service stinks I'm 77 and left high and dry no taxis.

@StagecoachGM Good morning I was intending to catch the last number 2 at Pemberton station as I do most nights the last bus 19.09. Also once again the route change was not advised on the app the only reason I know was one of my friends spotted it coming down Enfield St.

@StagecoachGM This is chaos drivers doing their own things and no advise on the app plus no stops on Enfield Street. Quite clearly lack of management and minulatetion of the app to hide the shortcoming
