Female pheasants can change sex characteristics & become 'drag kings', says museum When female pheasants stop laying eggs, their brown feathers turn into the brightly coloured feathering typical of males. They don't change sex but change gender attributes thepinknews.com/2024/04/06/phe…
@PeterTatchell They are no more changing "gender attributes" than someone with a DSD or other medical conditions that affect the endocrine system. Birds don't change sex, humans don't change sex, birds don't have gender identities (nor do most humans).

@PeterTatchell Yet another reason (as if any were necessary) to avoid Hastings like the plague.
Biology. Not a choice. See how that works? They don't get to decide and no doctor comes along with a scalpel and/or hormones to realign them either. They don't whine about it and demand other pheasants refer to them differently, and the other pheasants all know it's still a woman.
@PeterTatchell Your feeble attempts to appease a tiny but extremely homophobic and noisy online cult is just tragic, please develop some self respect and give it a rest.
@PeterTatchell His trolling right ? Can some one take his phone of him please
@PeterTatchell Every time I think we've hit the bottom, someone rolls out a pheasant drag king.
@PeterTatchell Can someone please check on Pete? His posts are becoming even weirder than usual.
