Most Editors think “faster video” = trim every shot by 20%. That’s why their edits feel like visual noise. The trick isn’t speed, think of it as groups. Cut out entire scenes, don't just speed everything up. Show better, and remove material by scenes.

That's the Easiest way to Edit and find a story in 99% of videos: – Break the video down, find the key bullet points – Ask: what must the viewer know before each moment happens? – Cut as much as you can in between – Compress or add context until the point becomes obvious
