Don't rely on motivation, master consistency.

Even if you don't "have it" today, do your planned workout.

Focus on Consistency, Motivation comes and goes.

It takes 21 days to build a habit. While in quarantine, there's no better time to try & adjust your negative habits & really self reflect. For 21 days, try something new & keep it consistent every day. This can end up changing your life forever. There is always a silver lining.

Seriously, if you’re going to a public gym during this time: 1. Wipe every piece of equipment before and after use 2. Spread out if the gym isn’t packed 3. Don’t linger around. Get your workout in and get out 4. Bring your own water bottle 5. Show empathy

We are keeping our gym extremely clean for our members!! Come in and keep training!
