3. Warm up, Cool Down and Stretch The time before and after you run is just important as the time spent running.
Over-running sebelum tubuhmu siap akan membuat resiko cedera lebih besar
Mulai dengan target simpel aja, misal kamu akan lari selama 20 menit setiap minggunya
2. Set Goals and Develop a Training Plan Tentukan target yang realistis, spesifik dan dapat kamu capai dengan kemampuanmu.
