@chutuk @jet2tweets Was a “bit of luck city” on your part! We’ve been stranded in Kos with no updates of any value and no duty of care. Still don’t know when we are going home or if we should try and find accommodation for another night! Disgraceful @jet2tweets

@jet2tweets We need to know what flight we are returning on, so we can at least arrange accommodation (something Jet2 should be doing for us as part of duty of care)!

@jet2tweets we still have no further information (since 13:45 yesterday) regarding LS1512. We have been stuck in Kos since Tuesday. Jet2 are in breach of UKCAA duty of care obligations and even the “24hr helpline” is currently closed.

@jet2tweets @gcxb We have been stuck in Kos since Tuesday with no updates. Jet2 are in breach of their duty of care under UKCAA rules. We still do not know when we are leaving (originally on flight LS1512)!

@jet2tweets No communication and what we have received has been vague, confusing and at times incorrect! You need to do a lot better. We have all our messages saved and it will be passed onto Heapy.

@jet2tweets I will be contacting Steve Heapy telling him how badly we have been treated. This (although not initially your fault) has been handled very badly. There has been no Jet2 rep here (in fact it’s a Tui, hotel and the Tui rep told us I’m not helping you, you’re the enemy

@jet2tweets Lily, we’re not getting updates! And when we do we then get a message saying to disregard the previous message as it’s incorrect (we got a message saying we were being picked up at 19:30, only to be told 30 minutes later it was incorrect)! I’d like to be contacted by

@jet2tweets Thanks Colin. I can see that you have recently spoken with our 24/7 team. We wouldn't be able to advise any differently to what they have discussed with you already, as this is the latest update that we have. We appreciate your continued patience at this time. Lily

@jet2tweets We have had absolutely no communication. The Bluelagoon village hotel insisted we checked out at 11am, but it is now nearly 6pm here. We do not know if we are flying home or if we are staying here another night? Arrangements need to be made now and communicated to us!
