@LNER top first class service on the 17:15 from Leeds to Kings X tonight ! Great staff.

@AirPortr_ just got a text to advise pick up at 1.50... when scheduled from 6am - 9am. Can you help!

Hi @lufthansa - I've had an email from you saying to call, but tried multiple times for long periods and can't get through. I can see one of our flights on our way from London to Auckland has been cancelled. Are you able to help here ?

Hi @British_Airways - can you get back to me on this please ?

@British_Airways hi! Your website says if I intend to bring a bike (as part of luggage allowance), I need to let you know in advance. I can't get through on the phone, so can you let me know the best way to do it ?

@qrsupport please help! I've been chasing a refund for months and months. Was told late February that my refund was processed... on the 5th May told it was delayed again, and today I can't get through to anyone that can help. You have my money! When will I get it ?!

@APalugula @qatarairways Lucky you! I've contacted about 20 times and my refund is still being 'processed' 3 months later !

@LNER just boarded the 19:33 from KX to Leeds and there doesn't seem to be any power or WiFi in coach B. Can you investigate please ?

@LNER why were you selling upgrades through Seatfrog when your trains have ran out of pretty much all refreshments 😭

@CharlotteCanav3 @qatarairways I've been waiting twice that time and keep getting fobbed off. I am ready to escalate its so appalling

Why am I no longer getting a response on direct message @qrsupport - I've been chasing a refund for over 6 weeks and only received part payment. This isn't acceptable.

@qrsupport I need to cancel my flight to NZ as the border rules changed. I'm not clear which taxes will be refunded and which won't. Can you advise please ?

@inov_8 how long should I expect your hiking boots to last? My rocklite G370 have big holes in after only 300km which is very disappointing and puts me off buying anymore inov8s in the future 😞

@RandoxOfficial Well it's been an hour past my appointment time and I'm still stood in the freezing cold. Absolute disgrace.

@RandoxOfficial £55 to stand in the cold for how long?!

@RandoxHealth Hi I was trying to book a in person test PCR from one of your centres in London on Sunday on return from Paris but when I clicked on Waterloo the page was asking for a log in. Looked like an error?

Now been online chat, chasing my promised 10am callback. Been passed to 5 different advisers and on for an hour. Nobody able to help.

@VodafoneUK Please can you advise how I get this promised call back?

@bradfordmdc hi, I'm in Ilkley and my recycling bin was only half emptied this morning. Any reason why ?
