@FCPA3 It seems clubs, players and their agents will find a good balance between the needs of the contractual stability and the need of the free movement of players. It´s up to the Belgian Court, but #FIFA is not a labor regulator.

…………. in exchange for FIFPro dropping its complaint to EU Commission on the legality of the transfer system and signing a cooperation agreement to that end. FIFA and the clubs (strategically?) dragged their feet and delayed negotiations on Article 17. 2/4
