Not all things posted online are true. As far as the Player’s Association is concerned - this is not happening any time soon. Shame on this reporter.

BREAKING: Rumours are swirling of @thetuppercup expansion. League officials were spotted in downtown Sidney, BC this past weekend for a surprise round of BoG meetings. I’m hearing they’re looking at adding 3rd and 4th franchises. Looks like Sidney will be getting a squad.

@CoachsCornerDC Don - do you do Cameo videos by chance? Looking to get a short clip from a Canadian Icon for our annual fallen firefighters memorial dinner later this month. DM me if possible! Thanks!

We’d like to thank both @thisisauberx & @vanislanders for their prompt and unified voice. Although the decision wasn’t easy, we know the truth will speak for itself. #UNIONSTRONG

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE March 15, 2023 Victoria, BC Earlier this evening all 18 members of the TPA Union voted unanimously and have made the excruciatingly tough decision to withdraw from any and all sanctioned Tupper Cup competitions.

@thetuppercup @thisisauberx @TupperCup @vanislanders We have provided financial statements from 2019-present day. All of this information can be found by filing a simple FOI with the city of Victoria. We’ve asked to see your books and have been declined each and every single time.

@thisisauberx @thetuppercup This is the first we’ve heard of any suspension or gross misconduct. Leave it to the league to notify all parties involved with a tweet. We will not be commenting on this matter any further.

We have no further information at this time. To date no players represented by our Union have been named in any reports. @thetuppercup to make a statement this week.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE February 22, 2023 Victoria, BC - Multiple alleged victims have approached our office in the past seven days citing various forms of abuse during the September 2021 Tupper Cup festivities. An accredited member of the media has been named in lawsuits…

@thisisauberx @thetuppercup the insider, hired by the league, went on another bender

@thetuppercup this needs to be addressed.

While we continue to fight for our teams rights and increase revenue our league is running polls looking for feedback on a failed customer service system. #CompleteFlop

@thetuppercup @Wendys - The TPA is aware of an alleged altercation. We are exhausting all necessary actions to bring clarity to an unfortunate event. Rest assured we will not stop until we find a resolution and all guilty parties are dealt with accordingly.

@thetuppercup how much did you pay your lawyer today to whip this together? no substance to this statement. hot air. big words with no meaning. how about you show your revenue docs from 2021?

absolute pinheads running the league. lying, cheating, thieving. 2022 should mark the 10 Year Anniversary of this tournament, but here we are, getting nickel and dime’d. lockout is our only option. thx

6+ months and still not a single red cent in ‘revenue’ from @thetuppercup 2021 saw record crowds, and a decisive sweep from champions @thisisauberx yet we can’t share with them the fruits of their labour because of compete ineptitude at the league office. disgrace.
