@mattlindner To borrow a bit from the Boris Johnson era: The Head Of Lettuce Wins!

@mattlindner It's the New SWA. Management apparently yearns for it to be a combo of American, Piedmont, Frontier, and Amtrak. They had a sweet airline there and decided to destroy it. Really, really sad. I stopped flying them.

Numerous sources are reporting that Mike Ditka has died. Sad news. A Chicago sports icon. R.I.P.

@CheapSeats411 A unique experience since the 1980's! A short stroll from the site of the St. Valentine's Day Massacre. Not far from the birthplace of Lettuce Entertainment. So much goin' on inside and around the place. An old haunt.

John Ternus just finished the most amazing impersonation of Tim Cook! You just had to close your eyes and it was as if nothing had changed. The script. The cadence. The somnambulistic insistence of wonderment. Kinda sad.

Congrats to Fox Sports for dragging out "The Final Countdown" by Europe as the opening music for tonight's Cubs/Brewers broadcast. I'm looking forward to a SAGA retrospective for the first round of the playoffs.

Well that was fun. Rain. Lightning. Thunder. Sirens. Serious effin rain & wind. Sky goes green. Sky goes black. Cats freak out. Power goes out-now back. Sky brightens. No real damage. Never thought about arranging the deck furniture like that. Kinda dig it. Who knew. Be safe.

@mattlindner Hang in there. There will always be a small dedicated group of...people...committed to enforcing the rule that no good deed goes unpunished. May their waits be long, their pleasures fleeting and may God hold them in the hollow of his hand as he applauds their insignificance.

@mattlindner Congratulations! As my boss said to me decades ago as we were expecting our second, "With one, you can double team 'em. With two, you gotta go man-2-man. With three, you gotta play zone. And you can't win playin' zone." Just sayin'. You've been warned.

@JohnBarrowman @scottmale Enjoy! Happy Birthday! A pint at The Stags Head. A breakfast scone at Keogh's ( the breakfast place not the pub). Much has changed in 28 years but it remains a wonderful city full of wonderful people.
