Urban Dictionary defines 'post humour' as "something that is only funny because someone else finds it funny"...
One may not laugh upon directly hearing an example of posthumour, but one will eventually "get" it & may then proceed to laugh for minutes.
Posthumour is often described as being funny enough for one to think "that's an amusing joke", but not funny enough to actually laugh.
POSTHUMOUR: (ˈpɒsthjuːmə) - (noun): The next logical progression of humour. A comedic step above and beyond. [pronounced: pos-t-hyoo-mer].
