Was just reviewing some of the new Texas laws that went into effect September 1. House Bill 706 means that Texas now recognizes a valid LTC/CHL from any state. Also, HB 1902: "Jugging" is now its own crime, in addition to the associated robbery, so now both State Felonies.

The folks patrolling downtown D.C. They have the FAFO vibe going on. I spent a decade in the beltway and this is about 30 years later than it should have been. Parts of D.C. have been a running street gun battle since the 80s. No stopping at red lights at night!
