Nothing says ‘premium airline’ like @ThaiAirways confirming a 12-hour delay TWICE on call, then going ‘actually it’s on time’ an hour before departure. Masterclass. 👏 #ThaiAirways

@makemytripcare @etihad can you please confirm the cancellation of flight EY68 and approve the refund at the earliest. It has been over 25 days with no resolution. Would appreciate your urgent intervention so this can be processed without further delay.

My flight from London to New Delhi on 1 March (EY68) was cancelled due to airspace restrictions. I raised a refund claim via the app, but for 25+ days the status just keeps getting pushed with no resolution, no refund, and no communication. @makemytrip @makemytripcare @etihad

@makemytrip @AirAsiaSupport Same game again — email says “ongoing,” call says “denied.” No airline contact, no refund. Stop turning your own statements. Need to speak with someone responsible who can handle this properly. @makemytripcare

@makemytrip, I'm confused & disappointed with your customer support & medical waiver process. You claim the airline doesn't allow changes, but the airline says otherwise. Other apps have resolved this instantly. @emirates @airasia @Qantas @etihad
